These private sessions will integrate the Pilates principles using mat work, small props (ring, roller, balls, bands), as well as Pilates equipment (Reformer, Tower, Chair).
These apparatuses are spring-loaded to provide assistance and/or resistance. Based on clients’ goals, traditional strength training may also be integrated.
