All classes are held at the Amherst House in Kings Contrivance Village Center.
This class is for beginners to advanced Pilates students. Modifications will be provided so you can obtain the challenge that’s right for you. It is recommended that beginners have a Healthy Body Check-up to determine the suitability of a Pilates group class.
Mondays from 6:45 – 7:45 pm
This session is a mat class and one weighted toning ball will be used. Leigh doesn’t have enough for everyone, but it can be purchased here. The toning balls come in different weights. (Leigh recommends 3 lbs. for women or 5 lbs. for men and women who weight train.)

$15 per class for Columbia Association members
$16 per class for non-Columbia Association members
$20 for drop-in
Next session, in the Fall, prices will increase to $16 per class for CA members, $17 per class for non-CA members and $22 for drop-in.
