Is your stretching routine effective?
L A R Physical Therapy is offering a FREE, 1-hour seminar on stretching. This seminar will teach you the theory behind the two most common types of stretching: active stretching and passive stretching.
Learn how to effectively stretch out tight areas and areas of tension, including the neck, back, chest, hips and legs utilizing both of these types of stretching. Please bring your own resistance band or purchase at the seminar for $8.
The seminar will be held on Thursday March 23 at 6:30 pm at the Coreworks Fitness Studio on Rumsey Road in Columbia.
