Foam Rolling for Pain Relief

Foam rolling is a great way to perform self-massage.  Foam rollers can be purchased at various densities, so if you’re just beginning, you may want a slightly softer roller (lighter colors like pink or green), and if you’ve been doing foam rolling for a while you may be reader for the firmer roller (usually silver or black).

Check out our video on foam rolling.  Keep in mind you can do too much of a good thing, so only roll muscles for 20-30 seconds and then move on to a different area.
