Dynamic Quad Stretch

Check out my latest video to learn how to do a dynamic quadriceps stretch. This stretch is great for dancers who already have their splits and need to work on other areas, or those who don’t have their splits perhaps because of anterior hip / thigh tightness in the back leg.  Also, dancers with knee pain tend to be tight in the quadriceps area.  If you don’t have your splits yet, you may also want to check out my video for a dynamic hamstring stretch.
