Spring Gardening Tips

Gardening is an excellent way to spend time in the great outdoors, to get dirty, and to do some heavy lifting and stretching.  After a long winter if you’re not careful you may end up with an injury from trying to do too much too soon.

Make sure you take the time to warm up before starting to garden.  Use tools like a wheelbarrow to help you transport heavy materials like mulch.  Take frequent breaks to stretch out your back and legs.  For more great tips on how to safely move while gardening, check out this article.
