Ergonomics is the study of people’s efficiency in their working environment. Good ergonomics is important because much of one’s day is spent working in inefficient or awkward movement patterns throughout the day that can cause aches and pains. The article above is a good example of applying good ergonomics to a household task. Last year we focused on some exercises that can help improve one’s posture to reduce neck and back pain.
