If you missed our first dancer newsletter you can sign-up for this quarterly newsletter under “Contact us” -> “Newsletters.” This newsletter will share tips and information for dancers, parents, instructors and dance studios. We hope you’ll pass it on to anyone who might be interested in getting more dancer-specific information. Here are the highlights from the September issue:
Pre – Class Warm – up in 8-Minutes or Less
This video shows an eight-minute, full body warm up that is appropriate before class to prepare you for dancing. Afterward, you can stretch and spend extra time warming up any injured area(s).
I presented this warm up at three local dance studios. If you would like me to speak with your dancers about warming up, injury prevention, or muscle identification, please email the office at Lar@LarPT.com to schedule a time for me to come to your studio.
